What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality Physical Therapy services in natural environments (home, childcare, etc.).
- Utilize coaching strategies to empower parents and caregivers in supporting their child's development.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of educators and therapists to create holistic support plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation for Medicaid and IEP/IFSP compliance.
Qualifications
- Early Childhood Expertise: Deep knowledge of infant and toddler development is essential.
- Relationship-Driven: Excellent communication skills with a focus on coaching families and collaborating with colleagues.

Requirements
- Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Must be a Registered Physical Therapist with a current license to practice in the State of Wisconsin.
- Credentials: Must possess (or be eligible for) a National Provider Identifier (NPI) and be a Wisconsin Medicaid provider.
- Mobility: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record for travel to home visits.
