ABOUT YOU
- Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist (PT, MSPT, DPT)
- Passion for evidence-based, high-quality care
- Interest in outpatient orthopedics, sports, spine, and balance/vestibular rehab
- Enjoy working with an active-aging population
- Team-oriented and motivated to grow
COMPENSATION (FULL-TIME)
- Base + Year 1 Guarantee ($85,000 – $102,000), based on experience, credentials, and schedule
- Sign-on or Relocation Bonus (experience dependent)
- Guaranteed Monthly Clinical Stipends without relying on uncertain or variable bonus structures.
- Annual Retention Stipend with clear long-term growth
- Optional Saturday coverage paid separately
- Performance rewards earned as additional paid vacation time
Compensation Structure Highlights:
- Predictable, stable pay (not productivity or bonus dependent)
- Guaranteed 1-on-1 care
- No unrealistic productivity expectations, double booking OR double billing
