In this role, you will work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and case management professionals to deliver exceptional rehabilitation care. Position SummaryThe Physical Therapist evaluates, plans, and implements individualized treatment programs for patients recovering from illness, injury, surgery, stroke, neurological conditions, orthopedic procedures, and other complex medical diagnoses.
