Job Title: Physical Therapist
Location: Joshua Tree, CA 92252
Shift: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
Payrate: $75-$80/hour
Responsibilities:- Evaluate patients/residents and develop treatment plans with goals and activities; update as needed.
- Provide therapeutic instruction and direct physical therapy as prescribed by a physician.
- Communicate clearly with patients/residents about progress, issues, and home programs.
- Share observations and updates with interdisciplinary team members and in team meetings.
- Monitor patient progress weekly (or as required) and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Qualifications:- Current California Physical Therapy License
- Current BLS CPR certification
- 10+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist
