What You’ll Do

• Deliver physical therapy treatments independently, based on referrals or direct patient access
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records respecting documentation standards
• Collaborate with team members to improve patient care quality and access
• Ensure patient privacy, comfortable communication, and respectful treatment styles
• Support program development to meet community health needs

What You Need
Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Current physical therapy license in Louisiana
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency with computers, software, and web-based applications
• Strong communication, judgment, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to changing patient demands and schedules

Preferred:

• Experience in a healthcare facility environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
