LOCATION: LAKE BLUFF, IL - North of Chicago

CLIENT:Athletico Physical Therapy - Either Lake Bluff Clinic
233 N. Waukegan Rd.
Lake Bluff, IL 60044

and/or Highland Park clinic (will be discussed on PIV)

SETTING:OP Ortho
START DATE:ASAP
GUARANTEE:40 hours
ASSIGNMENT LENGTH:13 Weeks
REQUESTED EXPERIENCE:Prefer PTs with recent OP Ortho experience; Must have current/recent OP Ortho experience within the last 6 months
No manager at the clinic so needs to be someone with out patient experience.
STAFF:1 PT, 2 PTAs but traveler will need to work independently
EMR:  
CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING:Average Caseload Size - 55 visits per week

Screening/Building Caseload Gross Motor Assessments, Fall Risk Assessment Achilles Tendonitis, ACL Tear, Back Pain-Post Operative, Calf Strain, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Disc Herniation, Fractures/Stress Fractures, Generalized Low Back Pain, Headache;Meniscus Tear, Osteoarthritis, Plantar fasciitis, Postural Dysfunction, Rotator Cuff Non-surgical Intervention, Rotator Cuff Repair-Post Operative Care, SI Joint Dysfunction, Stenosis, Total Joint Replacement 
 
SCHEDULE:Mon-Fri
ADDITIONAL INFO:No new grads – need PTs with recent OP Ortho experience who can hit the ground running
MUST HAVE CURRENT LICENSE IN STATE FOR INSURANCE BILLING

Welcome to Athletico Lake Bluff, where we treat many conditions, including back and neck pain, muscle strains and sprains, and sports and work-related injuries. Our clinic is conveniently located in the Heinen’s Grocery Store plaza (Carriage Way Plaza) next to Verizon Wireless and next to popular restaurant Bangkok Tokyo. The clinic is also within walking distance from Suzie Swirl.

We offer a wide range of physical therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation services to help you get back to doing the things you love to do. Our clinicians are passionate about helping you reach your goals, which is why we create personalized treatment plans that focus on eliminating pain and reducing the risk of future injuries. 

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

Please do NOT submit former employees of Athletico or Accelerated (we bought them a few years back) or people who have interviewed/applied with us in the last 2 years

  • Remind the travelers that are sent out that holidays are unpaid as our clinics are not open. 
  • They are not allowed overtime, unless approval has been received from a Regional Manager.  It will most likely NOT get approved.
  • Notes need to be completed in a timely manner – we do not allow overtime to get notes finished.
•    Pre-close candidates: Ensure all candidates are fully pre-closed and prepared to interview. We are working to have managers reach out to interview your candidates as soon as possible.
•    Candidate availability: Verify start dates and shift availability upfront to prevent scheduling conflicts.
•    Rates: Submit requested rates up to $85 if needed.
