SPT Lake Stevens is a sports and orthopedic physical therapy clinic built for clinicians who want to **grow fast, think critically, and deliver high-level care** to active adults and athletes.
We operate in an open-gym, movement-based environment focused on objective testing, progressive rehab, and real-world performance outcomes-not passive, volume-driven care.
**Job Description**
**Your First 30-60 Days**
+ Structured onboarding with clear expectations
+ Side-by-side treatment and case discussions with the Clinic Director
+ Gradual ramp to full independence (no getting thrown into the deep end)
+ Early focus on clinical reasoning, efficiency, and patient communication
**What You Will Do**
+ Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports-related conditions
+ Coach patients through exercise, movement retraining, and progressive loading
+ Use manual therapy when it meaningfully improves outcomes
+ Make clinical decisions-not just follow protocols
+ Document efficiently during the workday (no take-home notes)
**Clinic Environment**
+ Open-gym, active care model (minimal passive modalities)

**Qualifications**
+ Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in Washington State

**Compensation & Benefits**
+ Base salary: **$93,000 - $105,000** (based on experience)
+ **$5,000 sign-on bonus**
+ **Productivity bonus opportunities - Up to $7,5000**

U.S. Physical Therapy
U.S. Physical Therapy is one of the largest publicly-traded, pure-play operator of outpatient physical and occupational therapy clinics.
The clinics provide pre- and post-operative care for a variety of orthopedic-related disorders and sports-related injuries, rehabilitation of injured workers and preventative care.
