We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team in Lewiston, ME. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and helping individuals restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall physical function.
Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and functional limitations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients and families on recovery, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

Must-Have Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Physical Therapist License in the state of Maine
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Nice-To-Have Qualifications

• Experience in Rehabilitation or Acute Care settings

• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong documentation and organizational skills

Education & Certification

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent required
• Active state licensure (Maine)
• BLS Certification required
