We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Physical Therapist to join our outpatient physical therapy office in Madison, CT! Compensation Package:

• Up to $100,000 per year (based on experience)
• Bonus Opportunities based on Production and Performance
• $350/month stipend for Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance

Job Responsibilities:

• Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
• Provide patient care for orthopedic, neurological, balance, and vestibular patients, based on your comfort and expertise.
• Utilize Prompt EMR system (training provided).
• 100% outpatient physical therapy
• One-on-one patient care, scheduling 40-minute treatment blocks for routine visits and 40-minute evaluations 
• Seeing maximum of 12 patients per day.
• Laptop provided for documentation.

Requirements:

• A clear and active Connecticut Physical Therapy license.
