The Sun Prairie Area School District is hiring 1.0 physical therapist FTE for the 2026-27 school year. We are open to splitting this FTE between two part time professionals as long as the split is mutually agreed upon by both parties. Therefore, qualified individuals interested in full time or part time employment should apply.
New PTs to our system must be team players, interested in collaborating with two additional talented and experienced physical therapists to conduct special education evaluations and provide IEP driven services to students in early childhood through 12th grade across our district. The work schedule for this position will be developed in consultation with the person hired and the rest of the PT team.

SUMMARY: Provides evaluation, intervention, and consultation services for and on behalf of children with disabilities. Exchange information with educational personnel, parents, and community agencies in order to promote the education of children with disabilities.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree in physical therapy.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES:
Must possess and maintain or be eligible to obtain a Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction School Physical Therapist, code 817. Must possess valid driver's license.
