Role Description The Physical Therapist is a full-time, on-site role based in McHenry, IL. This role is responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-informed interventions that focus on pain reduction, functional improvement, and return to activity. Day-to-day tasks include performing comprehensive physical therapy assessments, providing manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, educating patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs, and coordinating care with other wellness services offered by the clinic. The Physical Therapist will maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed to support long-term outcomes and overall wellness.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program; active or eligible Illinois PT license.
