    Description

    Position: Physical Therapist

    Salary: $42-50 per hour

    Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, no weekend rotation

    Job Overview:
     As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients of all ages and backgrounds to help them improve their physical well-being and mobility. Your main responsibility will be to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical injuries or conditions, using a variety of techniques and exercises.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients to determine their current physical condition and limitations

    - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs and goals

    - Utilize a variety of techniques and exercises to help patients improve their physical strength, range of motion, and overall mobility

    - Monitor and track patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

    - Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to continue at home for ongoing improvement

    - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care for patients

    - Document all patient interactions and progress in medical records

    - Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of physical therapy and incorporate new techniques into practice

    Qualifications:

    - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy

    - Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist

    - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting

    - Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology

    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    - Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

    - Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic medical records systems
