Physical Therapist

The Kiel Area School District is seeking a part-time (2.5 days/week) physical therapist for Zielanis Elementary School.

This position requires a dynamic individual with the ability to develop positive relationships with students, parents, peers, and the community. A successful candidate will be innovative, relationship building, and student-oriented.

The position includes:

• Providing physical therapy services as identified in the IEP/504 plan;
• Administering physical therapy assessments;
• Writing assessment reports, identifying student needs and propose treatment strategies;
• Providing students with individual treatment and group therapy sessions;
• Adapting equipment to assure proper positioning and to enhance functional performance.
