FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based geriatric rehabilitation services in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. As a clinician in our clinician-owned practice, you will perform thorough evaluations, create and implement individualized treatment plans, and focus on functional improvement and quality of life for older adults. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and document outcomes accurately.
