Job Description:
DW Sisters LLC is placing a Travel Physical Therapist with Trinity Health in Muskegon, Michigan. This position requires Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience and includes some holiday and weekend availability (one weekend per month).
Shift Details: ? Muskegon, MI 49442 ? 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday–Friday 40 Hours/Week ? Department: Physical Therapy ️ Some holidays and one weekend per month required
Responsibilities:
- Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient condition
- Establish, revise, and evaluate individualized plans of care involving patient and family
- Perform therapy interventions using standard PT techniques appropriate to the patient's condition
- Oversee activities of PT assistants, students, and other support personnel
- Provide PT services in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) environment
Requirements
- Requirements: Active Physical Therapist (PT) license — Michigan licensure required or must be obtainable SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience — required 2+ years of physical therapy experience Availability for some holidays Availability for one weekend per month Travel PT experience preferred
