Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist

Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Physical Therapist to become a part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this position, you will deliver exceptional, patient-focused rehabilitation services to individuals who are recovering from illnesses, injuries, surgeries, or managing chronic health issues.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough evaluations of patients.
  • Creating personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at restoring function, enhancing mobility, alleviating pain, and promoting independence and quality of life.

As a Physical Therapist, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that may consist of physicians, nurses, occupational and speech therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care. You will also provide education to patients and their families regarding home exercise routines, safe mobility practices, and methods to prevent further injuries or health declines. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting patient progress and outcomes in line with regulatory and organizational guidelines.

This role offers a nurturing and professional environment that prioritizes dignity, respect, and compassionate service. Our organization, a family-owned entity, is dedicated to delivering high-quality care and supports our therapists through extensive orientation, continuous training, and opportunities for professional growth. You will be encouraged to enhance your skills, engage in ongoing education, and participate in initiatives aimed at improving quality.

This position is perfect for a licensed Physical Therapist who is eager to make a significant impact in the lives of patients throughout various care settings, including skilled nursing, rehabilitation, home health, and hospice-related rehabilitation services. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong clinical judgment, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage a diverse caseload while ensuring accurate and timely documentation.

In return, our organization provides a supportive team atmosphere, opportunities for career progression, and a commitment to your professional success as you assist patients in achieving their highest functional potential.
