Saad Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team! As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients in their homes. Your expertise will contribute to improving mobility, function, and overall well-being for the patients in the North Mobile County area . Territory Chickasaw, Saraland, Satsuma, Creola, Citronelle, Axis, Chunchula, Bucks, Mount Vernon, Calvert and PRN up to Jackson, AL Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans. Provide evidence-based interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists. Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention. Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document accurately. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines. Weekend rotation every 8th weekend Qualifications Valid Alabama state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Home health experience is desired not required. Strong communication skills and empathy.
