FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Dr. Phillips is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing outpatient team. Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
- Provide evidence-based outpatient physical therapy treatments
- Treat orthopedic, neurological, balance, and vestibular conditions
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare providers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Current Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
- Outpatient experience preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for patient-centered care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
