With deep community ties and a legacy of caring for athletes and active individuals, SMASA provides a high-level sports medicine environment with strong physician collaboration and trusted team coverage. Clinicians work closely with physicians and support athletes across high school, university, and professional club programs, with meaningful exposure to performance-based rehabilitation and a culture built around mentorship and clinical growth.

We’re seeking a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) or Fellowship (FAAOMPT) trained Clinician who is passionate about delivering evidence-based care while also helping develop the next generation of clinicians. If you naturally find yourself coaching teammates or guiding students in the clinic, this role is a strong fit!  You’ll play a key role in mentorship and development, working alongside a team that values clinical excellence, collaboration, and continuous growth. With an average of 12 patients per day and a structured scheduling model that allows autonomy you'll be able to lead by example and provide truly excellent care.

Compensation: $86K-99K + Sign On Bonus of up to $10K + weekly bonus based on patient volume up to an additional ~$8k per year + PRN pay for Saturday Clinics making an additional ~$2k or more per year, and virtually unlimited CEUs!
