Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics

The Opportunity

This full-time outpatient Physical Therapist position places you at an established orthopedic practice in the Philadelphia suburbs, where you'll evaluate patients, build individualized care plans, and deliver hands-on treatment in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting. The role offers a stable Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, giving you the clinical variety of orthopedic PT without sacrificing work-life balance. New graduates are welcome — mentorship and support are part of the package.

Your Day-to-Day

• Evaluate orthopedic patients and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on physical therapy interventions focused on functional outcomes and patient education
• Supervise and direct PTAs and therapy aides as part of an integrated care team
• Document patient progress and adjust care plans in response to clinical findings
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team supported by modern clinical resources

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 3 early shifts (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) + 2 late shifts (10:00 AM–7:00 PM)

What We're Looking For

• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Orthopedic PT experience preferred — but not required
• New graduates encouraged to apply
