This full-time outpatient Physical Therapist position places you at an established orthopedic practice in the Philadelphia suburbs, where you'll evaluate patients, build individualized care plans, and deliver hands-on treatment in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting. The role offers a stable Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, giving you the clinical variety of orthopedic PT without sacrificing work-life balance. New graduates are welcome — mentorship and support are part of the package.

Your Day-to-Day
Evaluate orthopedic patients and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Deliver hands-on physical therapy interventions focused on functional outcomes and patient education
Supervise and direct PTAs and therapy aides as part of an integrated care team
Document patient progress and adjust care plans in response to clinical findings
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team supported by modern clinical resources
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 3 early shifts (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) + 2 late shifts (10:00 AM–7:00 PM)
What We're Looking For
Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
Orthopedic PT experience preferred — but not required
