Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Immokalee, Florida.

This new pediatric outpatient clinic is designed to expand access to rehabilitation services for children and families in the local community. The clinic serves a diverse, primarily Spanish-speaking population, making bilingual Spanish skills a strong plus.

About This Position

As an Outpatient Pediatric Physical Therapist, you will provide individualized, evidence-based physical therapy services to children with a variety of developmental, physical, and functional needs.

The outpatient model provides one-on-one treatment with 45-minute sessions and a manageable patient volume, allowing you to focus on quality care and meaningful patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

• Evaluate pediatric patients with developmental, physical, and functional impairments
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, balance, coordination, and function
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
• Help children achieve greater independence in daily activities
• Educate parents and caregivers on exercises, home programs, and strategies to support progress
• Collaborate with other therapists, physicians, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Promote injury prevention, wellness, and healthy development
• Demonstrate strong communication, critical thinking, professionalism, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctor of Physical Therapy required

Licensure: Active Florida Physical Therapy License required

Experience: No prior experience required
