Pulse Staffing is conducting a confidential search for a licensed Physical Therapist to join a respected, multidisciplinary medical practice serving the San Antonio community.
This part-time opportunity is ideal for a Physical Therapist interested in supplementing their current schedule while providing personalized care in a collaborative outpatient environment. The position primarily focuses on orthopedic rehabilitation, with some cardiac reconditioning.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients’ physical abilities, limitations, goals, and treatment needs.
Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
Support patients recovering from orthopedic injuries and participating in cardiac reconditioning.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Educate and motivate patients throughout the rehabilitation process.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain timely, accurate, and complete clinical documentation.
Deliver compassionate care to patients with a wide range of needs and personalities.
Graduate degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
Previous clinical experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.
Current knowledge of physical therapy treatments and best practices.
Strong assessment, treatment-planning, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be available to work Mondays and Wednesdays.
