Symbria is looking for a skilled and passionate Part-Time Physical Therapist to become a part of our EMPLOYEE-OWNED TEAM at DeKalb County Nursing Home in DeKalb, IL! 

 

 

As a Physical Therapist, you’ll make a direct impact by helping patients recover from injuries and improve their physical function. You’ll collaborate closely with individuals to assess their needs and create personalized treatment plans that promote healing and mobility. Your expertise and guidance will help patients regain strength, alleviate pain, and improve their overall quality of life. 

 

 

This position could either be Part-Time at 20 hours a week with a flexible schedule

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish goals and design personalized treatment plans to meet patient needs 
  • Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants to ensure effective care 
  • Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation
  • Collaborate as a key member of our interdisciplinary team, making a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients 欄
  • Help patients achieve critical health outcomes and contribute to the overall well-being of the community you serve 
Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For:

  • A graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Valid state license or pending license (for newer graduates) 
  • Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation is a plus, but not required! 
