Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Implement therapeutic exercises to improve patient mobility and strength.

• Participate in professional development opportunities and training.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in physical therapy.

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises.

• Set and achieve personal performance targets and goals.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

• Provide feedback to management on service improvements and patient needs.

• Engage in community outreach to promote physical therapy services.

Experience/Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license and relevant certifications.

• Proven experience in developing personalized treatment plans for diverse patients.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning opportunities.

• Ability to set and achieve personal performance targets consistently.

• Strong communication skills for educating patients and families effectively.

• Ability to monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices in physical therapy.

• Experience collaborating with healthcare professionals for optimized patient care.

• Strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate patient records.

• Eagerness to engage in community outreach and promote services.
