We are currently seeking compassionate and motivated Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants to join our growing rehab team in a skilled nursing setting. What You’ll Do:
- Provide skilled therapy services tailored to each resident’s individual goals
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support resident progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy programs and functional mobility
- Support a positive, compassionate, and outcome-driven rehab environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Current PT or PTA license in the applicable state
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred, but not required
- Team player with a passion for resident care and functional recovery
