What You’ll Do

• Manage a caseload of patients with diverse diagnoses, including spinal cord injuries, strokes, amputees, trauma, and orthopedic patients
• Provide inpatient and outpatient physical therapy assessments and treatments
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and execute patient care plans
• Document patient progress using electronic medical records (EPIC, Meditech Expanse, Wellsky)
• Support patients through specialized therapy interventions to promote recovery and mobility
• Maintain compliance with licensing and certification standards

What You Need

• 
  Required:
  
  • Current LA PT license
  • Ability to independently manage a caseload
  • Experience working with complex patient populations
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• 
  Preferred:
  
  • BLS, ACLS, NIHSS or similar certifications
  • Experience with inpatient rehab, acute care, or outpatient settings
