What you'll do

\n

• \n
• Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames
• \n
• Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and attained goals
• \n
• Ensure other treating medical professionals have the information needed to appropriately evaluate the patient
• \n
• Help patients recover and rehabilitate from serious illness, injury, or a medical event — regaining their best possible level of functional ability, well-being, and independence
• \n
• Provide services to improve strength, function, flexibility, mobility, balance, and gait following hip fractures and other orthopedic injuries, medical illness, or joint replacement procedures
• \n

Qualifications

\n

• \n
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
• \n
• Current license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Texas
• \n
• Current CPR certification
• \n
• Dedicated to patient recovery and well-being
• \n
• Motivated to grow professionally
• \n
• A great communicator and team player
• \n
