    Role Description This full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role is based in Plymouth, MI. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to address orthopedic and sports-related injuries, functional limitations, and pain. Daily responsibilities include providing one-on-one patient care, supervising therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, while monitoring progress and adjusting plans of care as needed. The role involves educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and safe movement strategies, as well as documenting treatment notes and outcomes in accordance with professional and regulatory standards. The Physical Therapist will collaborate with referring providers and team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality rehabilitation services.

    Qualifications

    • \n
    • Clinical expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and implement effective treatment plans.
    • \n
    • Strong Patient Care skills, including compassionate communication, safety awareness, and individualized care for diverse populations.
    • \n
    • Foundational knowledge of Medicine relevant to musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions.
    • \n
    • Experience supporting Home Care or home exercise programs, including clear patient education and follow-up.
    • \n
    • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
    • \n
    • Current Michigan Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain licensure before start date).
    • \n
    • Strong documentation, time management, and organizational skills in a busy outpatient setting.
    • \n
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and maintain professional conduct with patients, families, and colleagues.
    • \n
    • Prior outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation experience preferred.
