Start Date: ASAP

• Pay: $1,850 – $1944/week

• Schedule: Full-time

  • Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours/week

  • Expected Hours: 40 hours/week

  • Hours: Day shift (M-F-8AM-4PM)

Position Summary & Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services including patient evaluations, treatment planning, and rehabilitation interventions. Monitor patient progress, adjust care plans as needed, and maintain accurate documentation while collaborating with the healthcare team.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license (Oregon required)

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
