Physical Therapist (PRN)

Pennswood Village, a Senior Living community located in Newtown, PA, Bucks County, is seeking a compassionate and skilled PRN Physical Therapist to join our dedicated in-house therapy team.

Responsibilities:

• Restore patient mobility, function, and independence through individualized treatment plans.
• Assess and evaluate residents' conditions, interpreting test results and progress to adjust therapy plans.
• Develop and implement personalized Plans of Treatment, including short- and long-term goals.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and use of appropriate equipment.
• Evaluate the fit and use of prosthetic and orthotic devices and recommend modifications.
• Communicate progress and care plans with residents, families, caregivers, and healthcare team members.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of therapy services.
