8 hours shifts between 7:00am-6:00pm. Work a minimum of 24 patient care hours per quarter or 96 patient care hours over the course of a calendar year. May cover other locations. PRN Non-benefited

Make a Difference -----------------

A Physical Therapist will be responsible for:

• Interpreting results of initial evaluation determines appropriate patient goals and develops treatment plan.
• Modifying treatment plan as needed and utilizing appropriate treatment techniques.
• Participating in teaching opportunities or clinical education of students as well as inter-disciplinary program planning.
• Establishing and maintaining a safe environment conducive to effective team functioning, positive patient outcomes, and personal safety.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications --------------------------------------

• Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited program is required.
• Must have a valid Indiana Physical Therapy license or temporary permit.
• Previous experience in Outpatient General Orthopedics preferred.
• Must be knowledgeable in anatomy, physiology, evaluation, and therapy theoretical concepts and techniques, current materials, and technological advances, and new professional trends.
