Validation Associates LLC is looking for a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join their growing team in Albuquerque, NM. Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions, medical histories, and functional limitations to develop individualized treatment plans
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitative techniques to improve patient mobility and reduce pain
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and post-treatment care
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and facility standards
• Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and support staff as applicable

Requirements:

• Valid New Mexico Physical Therapist (PT) license or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, neurological, or related PT settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities, manual therapy techniques, and evidence-based practice
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
