About the Facility:

As Clinic Director, you’ll help build a team where clinicians feel supported and patients receive thoughtful, individualized care. Professional growth is tailored to the therapist—whether that means developing advanced orthopedic skills, pursuing a specialty, or preparing for greater leadership responsibility.
You’ll also have support from a rehabilitation leader with more than 30 years of experience who regularly visits clinics and coaches clinicians directly. It’s an opportunity to lead with an experienced mentor invested in your development.

️ Key Responsibilities:
Lead the outpatient rehabilitation team while maintaining an active patient care role
Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions to improve mobility, strength, and function
Develop individualized treatment plans that support each patient’s recovery goals
Collaborate directly with orthopedic physicians and the rehabilitation team
Coach and mentor clinicians to strengthen clinical skills, confidence, and teamwork
Support daily clinic operations, an excellent patient experience, and effective communication
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with applicable regulations
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current Georgia PT license or eligibility to obtain
Experience in outpatient orthopedics
Strong clinical judgment and a passion for orthopedic patient care
A desire to lead, mentor, and develop other clinicians
Strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills
Prior clinic leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
