Schedule: 40 Hours/Week | Weekdays/Weekends | Flexible Schedule

Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $46 – $55/hr

Estimated Annual Salary:$95,680 – $114,400/year

Job Summary

Provide skilled physical therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. Evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, improve mobility and function, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to maximize patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) License

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Minimum 1 year of PT experience preferred

• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Rehabilitation experience preferred

• Strong evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation skills

Required Credentials

• Physical Therapist License – Required

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or PT Degree – Required

• CPR/BLS Certification – Preferred
