Physical Therapist - PT - Full Time split

Overview: 

A Full Time split Physical Therapist , (PT/RPT), position is now available in our two sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab departments located in Lawrence and North Reading, MA. Should you travel between both buildings in one day, travel is paid and mileage reimbursed.

Job Requirements:

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Possess a current Physical Therapist, (PT / RPT), license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Be flexible with hours
• SNF experience.

Good Faith Rate Range: $45.00 - $55.00

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

The qualified candidate will:
