Job Responsibilities:- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with physical disabilities or injuries
- Assist patients in improving mobility, restoring function, and managing pain
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care
- Educate patients and families about home exercise programs, lifestyle modifications, and rehabilitation goals
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal physical therapy regulations
Education and Certification Requirements:- Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current South Dakota Physical Therapy License (or eligibility to obtain)
- Current BLS certification required
Experience Requirements:- Minimum of 1 year of clinical physical therapy experience preferred
- Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or rehabilitation settings a plus
