The Physical Therapist (PT) evaluates residents, develops individualized treatment plans, and provides skilled therapy services to improve strength, mobility, balance, safety, and overall functional independence. The PT works closely with physicians, nursing staff, therapy team members, residents, and families to maximize rehabilitation outcomes and quality of life.
