What You’ll Do
- Evaluate, plan, and implement personalized therapy programs
- Treat residents with short- and long-term disabilities
- Focus on pain reduction, mobility, and functional restoration
- Track and document progress to ensure top-quality care
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment and home exercises
- Work closely with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams
Who We’re Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active New York PT license
- Strong clinical skills, communication, and documentation
- Skilled in rehab or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a supportive environment
