Physical Therapist Location: Mechanicsburg, Harrisburg, and surrounding area!
Starting Pay: $45-$55/hour
At Interim HealthCare we are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) in Mechanicsburg and surrounding areas to join our compassionate team. Youll provide essential therapy services that help patients overcome physical impairments and regain independence-all from the comfort of their own homes.
Essential Functions: • Deliver expert physical therapy on individualized care plans • Conduct initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments to monitor patient progress • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal outcomes • Regularly assess patient status and adjust treatment plans as necessary • Educate and counsel patients and families to promote understanding with treatment goals • Document clinical findings and treatment progress accurately and timely
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements: Current license as a Physical Therapist in PA Preferred: At least two years of relevant experience within the last five years A heart for patient-centered care Reliable transportation CPR Certification
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: • Current CPR certification • Proficient with computer applications and documentation systems • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and team members • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing patient needs
Working Conditions: Travel within the geographic area serviced by the office is required. Work is primarily conducted in residential settings or facilities. Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, lifting, and transferring patients.
