WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Job Summary
The Physical Therapist (PT) will deliver a comprehensive array of physical therapy services, which includes assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within a collaborative setting, adhering to professional standards and ethical practices.

Licenses and Certifications
- Must possess and maintain a valid state PT license or certification.
- Current CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications
Education: A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Experience: 0-1 years of relevant experience.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive assessments to determine patients’ physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation requirements.
  • Create and execute individualized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities aimed at enhancing patients’ physical capabilities.
  • Provide education to patients and their families regarding exercise techniques, posture, body mechanics, and effective management strategies for their conditions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in line with facility policies and regulatory standards.
  • Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to guarantee holistic patient care.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
