Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a comprehensive array of physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within a collaborative environment.
  • Conduct detailed evaluations to assess patients’ physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation requirements.
  • Create and execute tailored treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities aimed at enhancing patients’ physical capabilities.
  • Ensure precise and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment strategies, and outcomes, adhering to facility policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
  • Possess and maintain a valid state Physical Therapist license or certification.
  • Hold a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
