Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a comprehensive range of physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within a collaborative environment.
• Maintain a current and valid state licensure or certification in Physical Therapy.
• Hold a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Conduct detailed assessments to determine patients’ physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation requirements.
• Create and execute tailored treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities aimed at enhancing patients’ physical capabilities.
• Keep precise and current documentation of patient progress, treatment strategies, and outcomes, adhering to facility policies and regulatory standards.
