Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient / Acute / Swing Bed
Location: Quanah, Texas (Onsite)

Hours: 40 Hours per Week
Schedule:
• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for evaluating and treating patients across outpatient, acute care, and swing bed settings.
The majority of the caseload is outpatient, including patients ranging from newborns to hospice care, with a strong focus on pediatric therapy.
Must-Have Qualifications
• Minimum 1–2+ years of Physical Therapist experience (No new grads)
• Active Texas Physical Therapist License (Required prior to start)
• BLS Certification (AHA – Required)
• Experience in pediatric physical therapy (Required)
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation and patient care practices
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in outpatient and acute care settings
• Experience with swing bed or rehab programs
• Strong patient care and communication skills
Work Environment
• Outpatient Rehabilitation Department
• Covers Outpatient, Acute Care, and Swing Bed services
• Onsite role in Quanah, TX
• Broad patient population (newborn to hospice)
Additional Requirements
• Must be flexible to support multi-setting therapy services
• Ability to manage diverse caseloads including pediatrics
• Must comply with all clinical and regulatory standards
