Physical Therapist - (PT) - Outpatient Private Practice - Clinic Director Opportunity

30-Minute Visits. No Double-Booking. And a Path to Clinic Director.

Physical Therapist Clinic Director | Apopka, FL | $80,000-$90,000 + Sign-On Bonus

If you've ever finished a shift wondering where the actual "therapy" went, buried under double-booked patients and back-to-back check-ins, this is the opposite of that. You'll have a full schedule and a real expectation to treat patients well. You just won't be splitting your attention between two people at once to do it.

At Hohman Rehab & Sports Therapy, you get a full 30 minutes with every patient (45 for evals), no rehab techs splitting your caseload, and the time to actually use your clinical judgment. We're a family-owned, PT-owned outpatient practice that has been helping Central Florida move better since 2009, with over 1,100 five-star reviews and 30,000+ patients treated.

This role is also a leadership opportunity. You'll start as a full-time treating PT at our Apopka clinic. After 4-6 months, you'll step into the role of Clinic Director.

The Job

• Phase 1 (first 4-6 months): Full-time treating PT. You'll learn our model, build your patient relationships, and get to know the Apopka community and the team.
• Phase 2 (Clinic Director): You'll lead the Apopka clinic and keep treating patients. Your productivity expectations will be lower than a full-time treating PT's, so you have protected time for administrative and leadership work.
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday. Clinic hours run 7–4 some days and 9–6 others (our current need is Tues/Thurs 9–6 and Mon/Wed/Fri 8–5) - or build a 4x10 week if that fits your life better.
• Caseload model: 30-minute treatment visits, 45-minute evals. No rehab techs - this is your patient, start to finish.
• Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 base, plus a sign-on bonus.
• Location: Apopka, FL clinic.
