Position: Physical Therapist

Location: Owenton, KY 40359

Duration: ASAP - 11/08/2025 (possible extension)

Pay: $40.50/hr

Work Schedule:

• 32 hours weekly

• Days - TBD

Overview:

• Primary/Occupational Care employee clinic.

• Previous experience in an occupational health setting is preferred, but not required.

• Must have an active Physical Therapy license in Kentucky.

• Must have an active BLS certification or be willing to obtain one post-offer.

• Must have a clean background.
