What you'll do

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on physical therapy treatment to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress in resident records
• Coordinate with nursing staff, occupational and speech therapy, and the care team on resident goals
• Update physicians and families on resident progress as needed
• Maintain compliance with state PT practice standards and facility infection control protocols

What you'll need

Required:

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
• Active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey
• 2+ years of experience in a similar setting

Schedule

Per diem, working as needed. Day shifts, with weekend flexibility if desired.
