Pay: $1,950 weekly

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitation services in Philadelphia, PA. The PT will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to restore patient function and mobility, while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients according to their individual needs.

• Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care.

• Provide direct therapy services to restore function and mobility.

• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Technicians per practice acts.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to optimize patient outcomes.

• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

• Document all services accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).

• Active state PT license or ability to obtain.

• Strong clinical skills with excellent communication and documentation abilities.

• Flexibility to adapt to varying patient needs, schedules, and facility requirements.
