Job Details

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join an established outpatient therapy clinic in Ranson, West Virginia (25438). This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population while being part of a supportive, collaborative clinical team.

Whether you are a new graduate seeking mentorship or an experienced therapist looking to expand your clinical expertise, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in outpatient rehabilitation.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, post-surgical, balance, gait, and sports-related conditions
  • Develop individualized treatment plans focused on patient goals and functional outcomes
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education
  • Build strong relationships with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
  • Collaborate with team members to promote a positive and engaging clinic culture

Qualifications:

  • Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in West Virginia
  • New graduates encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
  • Passion for patient-centered, compassionate care
