A Full-time Physical Therapist , (PT/RPT), position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in North Bellmore, NY. 

Belair Care Center is a busy sub-acute/skilled nursing facility where you would be working with the geriatric population and see a good mix of short-term and long-term care patients with great outcomes, it’s very short term oriented.  Scheduling allows for flexible and accommodating hours. The center is a beautiful 5 star facility with fantastic rehab director and a full rehab team that works well together. Multiple therapists of each discipline.   2 large beautiful rehab gyms that offers a friendly work environment with great patient outcomes.  Also very close to the Southern State parkway.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

The qualified candidate will:

·    Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting

·    Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment 

·    Possess a current Physical Therapist, (PT / RPT), license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed

·    Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation

·    Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation

·    Work well with others in a team setting

·    Be flexible with hours.
