Hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to work in a healthcare setting in Slinger, Wisconsin 53086.
Contract: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Hours: 40 hours per week
Compensation: $1900 - $1944 Per Week
Key Requirements
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care to restore function and improve mobility.
Provide high-quality skilled physical therapy services and direct patient care in accordance with physician orders.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation of patient progress and treatment response using the facility’s EMR system.
Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Comply with all state and federal regulations, facility policies, and professional ethical standards.
Key Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT).
Current and active Wisconsin Physical Therapist license.
Valid BLS/CPR certification for healthcare providers.
Ability to commit to a 13-week contract with a consistent 40-hour weekly schedule.
Strong clinical decision-making skills and the ability to manage a standard patient caseload effectively.
